I am a firm believer that if you can create an out-of-this-world
sandwich, you can add "masterful food genius" to your list of
accomplishments. So when I discovered that
Kelly Pratt
has made it her mission to identify each of the 50 states' signature
sandwiches, photograph them perfectly, sell the prints and provide the
recipes and commentary, I may or may not have flipped out in excitement.
Kelly's brainchild,
Stately Sandwiches,
has tackled 12 out of the nifty-50 thus far, and I am 100% hooked. With
her passion for food and design (she's currently a Chicago-based design
student), this project is sure to be a national success! Make sure to
